When you become an official member of TheVolts.com, you certify that you are the person you claim to be and that you have provided TheVolts.com true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself in TheVolts.com's registration form. If any of that information changes in the course of your active membership with TheVolts.com, it is your responsibility and your liability to inform and change your information in our database and make it accurate, current and complete again. (f) personal information such as messages containing phone numbers, social security numbers, bank account numbers, credit card numbers, addresses, and/or employer references.
(g) chain letters of any kind
(h) violating any terms, policies and/or rules made available to you in any manner.
Unless restricted by applicable law, you hereby agree that all personal data that you provide to TheVolts.com that can be collected by the site from the site may be used and disclosed to certain parties and purposes as may be in accordance with the privacy statement of TheVolts.com which you shall find stipulated in the Privacy Policy.
TheVolts.com reserves the right in its discretion to modify without prior warning or notice the terms and conditions stipulated by this legal notice, the Privacy Policy as well as any information and/or material contained in the website without prejudice to the generality of the above, revisions, amendments, alteration of prices, withdrawals and discontinuations of any product at any time and at the sole discretion of TheVolts.com.
If TheVolts.com makes any amendments to the policies, rules and regulations stipulated within this legal notice, you will be informed both by email using the address associated to your TheVolts.com account, as well as by displaying an announcement at the headline of this legal page for the duration of one month.

These TheVolts.com Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Quebec and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canadian state of Quebec.
